  2. Adicione o creme de leite e creme de ricota e misture junto com a baunilha.
  3. Misture a farinha de amêndoa com o fermento.
  4. Adicione à mistura de ovos e creme junto com uma pitada de sal.
  5. Deixe descansar por 5-10 minutos.
  6. Frite as panquequinhas em uma panela ou frigideira untada com manteiga.
  7. Sirva com mirtilos, framboesas e morangos ou com requeijão e creme de ricota.
