Outra dica show é triturar no liquidificador (1 colher de sopa de linhca e 01 colher de sopa de semente de girassol ou amendoas) até ficar uma farinha, entao usar pra dar a liga. gente, fica maravilhoso o sabor. fiz ontem!! provem!!

Nas minhas almôndegas coloco um ovo batido no lugar da aveia para dar liga na carne. Delícia!!
