Massive amount of fluid weight gone! Hopefully back on track with my journey to a healthier me. <happy dance> After months of ups and downs, finally below 275!!
274.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 134.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
