Things are still going pretty s...l...o...w, but at least I'm still on the downhill slope. I've really been trying to watch my carb intake, making sure I have at least 1 meal that is pretty well carb free. Next week I may do Phase 1 for the week just to get a little boost.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Mine is going slow too. I've been stuck on the same weight for about 5 days now. I think it's when I eat nuts. Of course I can't stop at 20 when it comes to peanuts so the 50 or so that I'm eating is probably doing it!! I'm cutting out the nuts until Monday to see if that's my block. It looks like your doing great on your weight history. 7 lbs in a month is fabulous!! Keep at it!
