Still holding steady, but I'll take that vs. the uphill climb!! I really think this 1/2 marathon training has a lot to do with my slow progress...my body's probably wondering what the heck I'm trying to do to it!
Oh well, I'll just keep truckin'.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
