I am in awe!!! 4 days in and down 5.4 lbs?! how can you NOT do this?
206.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 April 2010:
2037 kcal Fat: 161.07g | Prot: 125.72g | Carb: 16.72g.   Breakfast: Fully Cooked Thick Cut Bacon, scrambled eggs. Lunch: grilled chicken, olive oil, mushrooms, Green Leaf Lettuce, cucumber, vinegar, hard boiled egg. Dinner: Bratwurst, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), 40% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix, Finely Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese. Snacks/Other: Corned Beef, Pickles, Cream Cheese, kraft string cheese. more...

Great job on the loss! Kudos to you. Now don't forget that most of this is water and it will slow down. However, any weight you lose now should be all fat!

kmartin - So the first weight is all water weight, even though I have been comsuming about 60 oz water a day? At what point does it start being fat and not water?
