I was a BIG FAT failure this weekend. I ate a million things I shouldn't have eaten. Went to a graduation party hungry and it was all downhill from there. I have 4 more to attend over the next two weekends. I have to figure out my game plan so this doesn't happen again. I just need to get back on track!!

Today was my 31st birthday. My MIL and my kids made me a cake. My daughter kept asking me to eat some so I broke down and took a slice. It was angel food and I felt terrible, but (of course) I ate the piece I took. I think I just figure I will give myself a reason to gain or not lose since I'm stuck in my weight loss. What a stupid plan. Joke is on me cause I'm the only one who will suffer from that choice.

Can someone PLEASE look at my food and tell me what I'm doing wrong? I haven't lost a pound since Sat. I drink about 60oz water a day and take a multi vitamin. I'm getting really discouraged!

I really should have measured. I seem to be stuck at this weight which would be okay if I knew I was losing inches. Maybe I'm being greedy wanting to lose any faster.
