Continue feeling mostly good. 6.1 total mi yesterday. Most recorded. 3 urban hikes. Pain seems mostly walking relatated structuralstuff. Mental clarity sustained for 3 days. Depression seems lifted.

Possible that exercises and walking are now significant factors? If so AWESOME as Los Angeles is chock-full of nature parks and even wilderness surrounding us. Many opportunities for exercise and nature bathing.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Exercise/walking always was a healing balm for me. Especially for the depression. Good job on the distance.
