have been eating some of the wrong things a couple of days this week and it bothers me. I will be going to a birthday party on Sunday and so Saturday needs to be real strict and probably skimpy. But the scale was good to me, so maybe I shouldn't worry.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just stay strong, you can do this. I wouldn't worry about Sunday too much - enjoy yourself!!
