Down another pound. It is so nice to see the scale move. I have been afraid to move off of Phase 1, but soon I will go to Phase 2 every day, not just some times. Today I had a giant choc chip cookie and 1/2 piece of cake and felt pretty bad about it later. So I am eating a VERY lite dinner to make up for it. I really need to skip the sweets and eat good food instead.
