Tai-Lin's Journal, 17 March 2018

I have had some things going on lately, and i have not been good at all about watching what i eat. My new weight is evidence of that! And i haven't been weighing in or exercising regularly, either. It was hard looking at my weight this morning and realizing that not too long ago i had actually gotten down to 167.9 for the first time in many years. And i've blown it. However, i did weigh yesterday and today, and i exercised, including running in place for 10 minutes, using the elliptical for 30 min, and climbing up and down a ladder (which is a no-no with my bad knee) today trimming the branches off the pine tree that are overhanging my roof for one hour and 15 minutes. I'm trying to get back on track.
173.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

Thank you, Horseshu1. You are so kind. I couldn't reach high enough to get all the branches that needed to be pruned back, even with the ladder. It's only about a 5' ladder (i have a fear of heights, and that's about as high as i can climb without freezing up! Actually, i can CLIMB a taller ladder, but then i can't get back down! LOL
