My wieght does not seem to budge. I am tired all the time.
I excerice at least 4 times a week. 2 days weight training and 2 days water aerobics.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2048 kcal Fat: 74.35g | Prot: 80.13g | Carb: 280.83g.   Breakfast: hard boiled egg, oatmeal, coffee, skim milk, Honey, frog jam. Lunch: wild rice, peas, grilled hamburger. Dinner: Chinese starch noodles, shrimp stir fry. Snacks/Other: pretzel sticks, almonds, peanuts, classic humus, carrots. more...

How much water do you drink?

you may be eating too little. the body protects its self. try 2000 cals for a while give your body time to think ok i am not starving and return to normal then see if you start losing if not go down to 1800 stay at that for a month. listen to your body. eat healthy and exercise esp weights

you need more carbs to do the amount of exercise you are doing.

when I plateau, I eat 1 cup of ice cream (real stuff) every night for a week.... sort of helps my body get out of "diet mode" and back to using calories. Then, back to normal diet until I hit another sticking point.
