My wieght does not seem to budge. I am tired all the time. I excerice at least 4 times a week. 2 days weight training and 2 days water aerobics.

you may be eating too little. the body protects its self. try 2000 cals for a while give your body time to think ok i am not starving and return to normal then see if you start losing if not go down to 1800 stay at that for a month. listen to your body. eat healthy and exercise esp weights

you need more carbs to do the amount of exercise you are doing.

when I plateau, I eat 1 cup of ice cream (real stuff) every night for a week.... sort of helps my body get out of "diet mode" and back to using calories. Then, back to normal diet until I hit another sticking point.
