Still stuck, just want break down 10 pounds in next 60 days and then I will relax for a while.
236.8 lb Lost so far: 58.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My 2nd day on '' 45 pounds in 30 days ''..., I cannot find any substitute around me in stores to carbs....it is very hard...any ideas ..how can I get over it..!!!! , yesterday I was 12 % carbs , today I am 9 %...
