I was sick all week, and I don't think I ate enough calories...I don't know but I'm pissed... Oh well, time to refocus and write it all down. It's like my body knows I'm not writing it all down.
194.8 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 47.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
