finally lost the three pounds that came from out of nowhere this week! Not sure what it was but I'm happy:-)
163.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weight loss is cumulative. You might stay the same weight for a week and think something is wrong and then drop 5 pounds. That's why consistency is so important. Our bodies work in strange ways. Great job on the loss.
