Woke up this morning feeling sick, so didn't eat anything until this afternoon. Also got a bad vibe at work from someone and felt kind of down. But it didn't lead to any bad food choices, so it was okay in the end.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Sorry you weren't feeling well. I hope things are better today at work. Congrats for staying strong and not making any bad food choices. That is such a huge step in the right direction. Keep up the good work!
