Hit the 170lbs lost mark exactly today. In 13 months... 170lbs. It seems miraculous! It feels like it too. I've gone from a 7X to an XL in one year. :) A 64 waist to a 42 waist! I sit in my chair and look at the tops of my knees and they look skinny to me! It's so wierd.
254.0 lb Lost so far: 208.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
