Been skipping meals here and there and having beef jerky instead... (think jerky)... Great protein for low calories... but too much salt! I've been absorbing the water I drink like a sponge... hahaha

254.4 lb Lost so far: 207.6 lb.    Still to go: 64.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
