Well, Super Bowl weekend did me in. I caved on all aspects of food and drink and lack of exercise. Even the 4 1/2 mile hike didn't do any good (I did nothing else). It is what it is and I will not let it get to me. Today is a new day and I am going to make an effort have a better attitude.
