Did ok this week, lost a pound. I just want to be under 260 next week and that is the goal I am working towards. This is such a slow weight loss but I have to remember that it didn't come on over night so it is not going to come off that fast. Here is to a great weekend!
262.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Slow weight loss is good. It allows your skin time to (hopefully) go back to the way it was before, and helps you learn how to keep the weight off. Your doing great!

Excellent job!! My sister who lives in Florida went from 279 t0 209 now and she looks awesome!! Excersize is her key to her weight loss good luck

I know the feeling of it being such a slow process to lose, as I'm a slow loser too! But those little loses soon accumulate into much bigger ones overall. You are doing great, so keep up the good work and good luck to you for your goal this coming week! :o)

Hey, a pound is a pound. The good news is that I have found that if my loss is not as great as I'd like, I usually make up for it the next week. You are doing so well. Just keep going and enjoy that pound.
