I have been exercising and eating good and can't lose a single pound. It is getting frustrated, i think I lose more when I was not paying as much attention to things. Ok, here goes to another week.

Ok, thought I would weigh in today since I think it is going to be a cracy weekend. I didn't lose anything but I have my monthy friend and I could eat everything in sight! Next week will be better. Worked out on my wii everyday this week and have had no fast food.
