not that the weight loss is looking great but my clothes are looser and definitely i feel like a different person. thanks for all the recipes especially turkey chilli now a firm favorite!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I personally can not count on the number moving on the scale...I have to rely on other things...clothes fitting better and losing inches...Congrats to you!

same here...i have these platu's for a couple of weeks...but the clothes fit better or not at all anymore...keep up the good work...
