Poorly isnt really fair as a description. Let me just say that nothing is safe that is edible - its like a drug at the moment and has lasted a long time almost a month. Need to just settle down and get back into it. but as I write I am imagine butter toast and a big cup of tea - has anyone hit a wall for this length of time - where do you get the motivation to get back on the right track?

have been trying to ignore the scales but its time to try to start over. i know christmas is coming and geese are getting fat but so am i so going to try and start tomorrow.
