Need to get Back on A diet, mine will not work!

Hi Nitara, my names Tonya and diets are a hard thing to do. First I tell you don't call it a diet call it a new way to live. Then don't try to remove foods that you enjoy just rearrange them. I mean if you love cake or candy, you can still have it but not every day. Try eating the things that you need to keep healthy and choose one day like Saturday where you can reward yourself with the item you love. If you want follow a diet my mom loves weight watcher. You still can have all the foods that you like. Keep trying don't give up, it takes time and patience. Its not easy at all.
