day 6 already. I have been very faithful to the diet and for the 4th day in a row I have not lost any thing. But I did nothing but sit around this weekend, so..... Tomorrow is another day and it will start to come off. Maybe all the diets from my past have made my body think that it is starving now, and so the fat cells are fighting to maintain. I can't give up yet, not by a long shot.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You're right, don't give up. I get like that were my weight won't move for 5-6 days and then on the 7th day I would finally drop another lb. You're doing great, keep up the good work!!!

Absolutely do not give up! We all go though those stages that we don't lose anything, but if we stick with it it will happen! Maybe try not weighing in everyday....that way you are not discouraged and you have something to look forward too! Just a thought! You are doing just fine and sooner then later it will really start showing!!!

I'm the same way as Mrs. H. I'll drop one week, then lose nothing the next, then the next week I drop!
