Yippee!!!! I have reached my goal. I am now exactly 9st! (126lbs) I will continue with the challenge, but will now go on to a maintainence diet and up the cals and fats slightly each week until I find my personal 'safe' limits, so I don't proceed to put back on all the weight I've just lost! I'm chuffed and I'm so glad I've got there, as my willpower has been severely waning over the last few weeks. Hooray!!!! :)
