I am now at the highest weight I've been at since right after my last baby was born, TWO YEARS ago!
A couple of months ago I hurt my foot and had to stop running for several weeks. Then I was dealing with the cold/flu season in our house and all of the kids being sick constantly. I became so run down from caring for everyone, that I ended up with a bad case of pneumonia!
With all of that, I've spent the winter stuck in my house with all of the kids (I have four little ones of my own and watch 3 infants full time monday through friday)and just felt kind of depressed with no motivation.
Well, my foot is healed, my health is back, and I'm ready to get back on track.
I'm doing the cranberry/orange/lemon juice and spices detox today and may continue it through the weekend. I'm starting a brand new phase one on Monday, February 4th!
I'm planning to really use this site to journal my exercise and food and keep track of everything! :)

Welcome back! You can do it... just stay committed to your goals and keep your focus! Remember try to get as much of your food prep done during the weekend so you are prepared for your week! We will do this together and keep eachother motivated! I am ready to see these results too!!!

You want to do the juice fast only for one day then go right into a clean P1 or do the Fast Track Detox Diet rich in liver loving foods. If you stay on the juice fast for more than one day, you are putting yourself into starvation mode and will most likely see a gain when you introduce food.

Welcome back Chelli. You are smart to get back on track now that your foot is healed. Weebeeme is right you don't want to start in starvation mode because your weight loss will be stalled or slowed for a long time. If you detoxed today I would start phase one 1200 calories tomorrow and make sure you get 1200 healthy calories.
