Feel good and I have to get 10 thousand steps in per day and that seems to be what is knocking the weight off. I make sure and walk in the morning some time. Just keep it up and feel good.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
