I could not take it I had to know. My pants are not as tight. I was irritated by my friends off handed comment. Screw it I will weigh myself early and what do you know! Good bye .5lb gain!
254.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

you lost the 1/2 lb from last week and an addition 1.5 to go with it! way to go. Don't let an occassional gain get you down when you know that you have stayed on track and followed your diet plan, it will show up. You probably just had a water weight gain. Heaven knows I realize what that is all about now for sure! Your chart is fantastic and you ae doing GREAT! Maybe your friend is jealous!
