My plateau finally broke. I lost 3 more pounds this morning! It was so wonderful to step on the scale and see progress after over two weeks of nothing. I had a good workout. I'm still running 5 minutes at a time, twice, over 30 minutes on the treadmill. I think next week I am going to kick it up to 6 minutes for the intervals. Slowly but surely. I was super pissed that they got rid of the situp board at my gym. I am going to have to go to a sporting goods store or a gym equipment store and get some kind of weighted bar to keep my feet down during situps. I have been toying with the idea of getting an abs video- like "Hip Hop Abs" or something. Right now my belly is still my problem, problem area. My legs and my butt are progressing nicely. My arms are okay but could use some work. But my stomach - especially my lower abs! I am shaped like an apple and my gut is the bane of my existence. More work to do!
