Very pleased with my progress. I went to my first Yoga class at the gym today and it went well. I kind of wobbled on some of the poses and some are difficult with my knee, but I didn't do too bad. :)

BP = 114/78 Pulse 75
198.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
