I started this diet on 4-9-2012 and weighed 210 pounds. When I updated my weight I put in what I started at and tried to change the date to April 9th but it didn't work. Hum... I'm down 13 pounds since then... wow!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
