Look ahead... I will bust thru the 240's this weekend. 1st goal should be attainable in less than 7 days. Hurray for staying strict and true with myself!
241.5 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
