Another good day. I find I'm just not as hungry these days, Although, contradicting those words, I've been thinking about sweet binging a lot. UGH! In any case it was a good day. Did my crunches, drank my water & did my 10,000 steps a day challenge. Oh and for the good news.. down another lb YEA!!!
