I recorded an entry this AM.... It's been a long day but a good one. Did my 10,000 steps challenge Yea... day 1 out the door. Did my crunch challenge.. Yea. Now I really really really want some ring dings or some vanilla Ice cream with hot fudge..or some of my very own stuff I bake but HAVE NOT!!! Whaaaaaaaaa. OK I think I feel better :) Till tomorrow.
