Well, I never made it here yesterday. It's cool though because I'm here today. So yesterday was a strange day for me. My only thing I'm bummed about is I didn't do my full walk Yesterday. It was pouring rain out(Again),so I kind of slacked off in that department. I did do my crunches.. actually double because I slacked on my walk. Today was good... did the full 10,000 steps & my crunches. My diet is a bit off..not in the carb/sugar area. I'm thinking not enough calories..I haven't been to the food calculator yet to find out... I know I didn't take in enough water. Sometimes I just can't force myself to drink, Most days I drink at least 7 16.9 oz bottles a day. Oh well. New days coming up... Until then.
