really have given up. I still watch what I eat, but I am not restricting as that did not work. I am continuing to run with dog at least 4 times week plus continuing with my walks 3x week. I ma considering adding gym for weights as schudule should open up now. I may try the flat belly diet to see if THAT combination of foods works for me.
Gonna try giving up wine next week first.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel you on the need for change. Moving to weight watchers on Saturday :) You have to do what works for you! Losing weight is supposed to be happy not make you feel bad or stressed.

Based on your food diary, you need to be more consistant to see results. Don't give up, you can do this!
