Walked 1.5 miles with doggies this morning. It was a shorter walk because I wanted to get the lawn mowed before the thrift shop this afternoon.

Second day weighing in at 152 - YAY!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 83.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
