I was very sick for about 2 weeks with a upper respiratory infection. No exercise and unable to cook well or track food. I'm pretty happy that I just maintained weight.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
