I made it to the gym yesterday, hitting my three day a week goal for the first time in a couple of weeks. We also had an early dinner at my favorite Asian buffet.
155.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I`m glad you completed your weekly routine. With me is slightly more complicated, I can`t push myself to do any workouts. I do well without them but exercising routine is a good addition to weight loss.

Thanks Mal!!! It's really the after effects of a good workout that I enjoy most. If I don't go to the gym or work without the needed intensity I feel like I cheated myself. I slowly adapted to returning to the gym after having a membership about years ago. I'm not a gym rat. I go in, get it done and I'm back out the door...
