yesterday about 4 PM I became certain I have a sore throat.
So, I'm taking lots of the cure for it.
Spirulina, nutritional yeast & the ingredients that help assimilate it.
I have lots of work today so I can't properly rest during the day, but I can drink lots of my cure and water.
We will see this time, if it is as successful in beating it as it has in the past.
