For me a weight loss is usually followed by days of stable weight and I have always wondered why?
In the UK there has been a lot of coverage about eating healthy and one article really stood out as it summed up my situation. It found that as you lose weight your body stops burning calories and fat as quickly so you should always be looking at challenge yourself with new activities........
What they did say is that by making small changes to your normal daily activity i.e. taking the stairs or walking to the shops you can make a real difference to your weight. Sounds like South Beach ;0)
So I am off to buy a pedometer....................
