I lost ten lbs by doing a 13 day Master Cleanse. After doing that I can anything!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I'm almost scared to ask what a Master Cleanse is...?

It's a cleanse where you drink some kind of water with something in it, lol. I think Beyonce did it for a role she did and lost 20 pounds. But once you go back to eating, most of the pounds come back on. It's only for the tough, lol. But it helps jump start the weight loss for some people.
