A couple of years ago something clicked and I went from 212 down to 178 in 4 months. Then summer rolled around and my oldest was out of school, and I quit.
I've stayed fairly steady, but can't seem to get back on the wagon. I'm really going to push this time, I want to be down at least 20.lbs by my b-day in Aug.
