I must disagree with Siavashkharasi. Once you relearn how to eat right its not hard. Nor should it be. If you do find it difficult then seek another diet. When you find what works for you the body will work to right itself. And don't let yourself get fustrated. Your weight is going to jump around. Sometimes in the wrong direction for no reason at all. Keep your eye on the prize.

Agreed. I didn't "go on a diet". I CHANGED my diet. It's now the norm. I also changed my daily regimen, whereas working out is as standard as brushing my teeth. It's just as important, if not more, than brushing my teeth -- and *not* brushing my teeth regularly isn't an option.
