working on different foods. Pot Roast. Different snacks like pecans.

still drinking lots of water.

looks like I need to get back to the salad / egg diet for a few weeks.

my body is really sensitive about my food intake will, be monitoring it.
243.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 63.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
