I was so hoping to hit the 159 lb mark this week. But...I didn't.
I didn't eat very well this weekend. It was just me at home so I hardly ate at all which is a big no no. I had to eat at night to cram in my calories for the day so I am sure I screwed up my weight loss for the week. But back on track this week and hopefully it will be better next weigh in
161.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
