Once again I am very frustrated.
I weighed today even though my official weigh in is tomorrow and I am up 3 lbs! I just don't understand. I "think" I am doing everything I need to be doing but I just don't know anymore. I haven't missed working out and I have upped my time on the treadmill and even intesity. I'm trying to eat as healthy as I can..but I just can't get this darn weight to budge. And when I start going in the right direction all the sudden it goes backwards. I wish I could find a nutritionist that could sit down with me and help me. My trainer doesn't seem to really care much about it and doesn't talk with me on what to do differently. Actually he is just there to make money I think.

I feel healthy and I am comfortably fitting in a size less in pants but why does this scale not go down. I really need to get down about 5-10lbs before I go to the cardiologist in June.

ugh why is this so frustrating. It really makes me want to give up somedays
