so what does everyone think of this.................
from someone who weighs daily.....you want to try and do it just weekly. I am obsessed with weighing and it is really not good for you at all. Daily can change so much depending on what you have ate that day, how much sodium/water, etc.

bummed about my weekend splurge!!
Start fresh today....sometimes I think splurges just happen. But that is where we learn from it....take that splurge and turn it in a plan. If you know your going to be going out and having a few beers over the weekend...work it into your plan that week...work out a little bit more. I have done Weight Watchers for many years and if I know I want to go out to eat or whatever...I plan my week accordingly so that I have enough points left over for my splurge. Hang in there.

how to jump start weight loss?
Thanks everyone. I appreciate the feedback tremendously.
k8yk...I am only 5'2. I only wish to lose about 20lbs which is not even to the WW "goal" weight but a comfortable weight for me. As far as work outs....I do get my heart rate up...I try to watch the heart rate monitor and keep it at high intensity. I leave the gym tired and sweaty
especially the days I have a trainer. And it usually takes me 2 days to get over the soreness when I work with him..lol. I try to get 3 days of cardio in and 2 days of strength training. It's been working good and I do feel so much better and energized...its just not working when it comes to weight loss. I've been trying to maintain around 1200-1300 in calories..some days better than others. The last few days I have been trying to focus on getting my protein % up for the day. Seems to be harder than I expected it would be. But I'm trying.

how to jump start weight loss?
I have been working out now for 6 weeks. 3 times a week. Walking and then 2 of those days I do strength training. I understand muscle weighs more but...6 weeks now and I have lost zilch and I haven't lost any inches either. I stick to my WW points and I am also counting my calories.
I don't know what I can do to jump start some weight loss. I am losing my motivation and quickly because I am working hard at this and not seeing results. And I know me....to much longer with no results and I will give up altogether. I don't want to do that. I just need to lose a lb or 2 and get my motivation back.
Should I do the Atkins for a week? up my protein? cut out something? I don't know anymore and would love some ideas or thoughts please

WW Points /Calories Are They Accurate on This Site??
I have noticed the same thing. When I try to get my calorie intake up my WW points are horrible but yet I am still eating healthy. When I try to keep my WW points down around 22 I am no where near my calorie intake that I need
