Honestly's Journal, 21 April 2012

I did it!! I've lost 101lbs. I have moved the 50lb weight down from 250 to 200. It feels sooo good. I can't believe how emotional this was for me. It actually brought tears to my eyes. I just can not believe what I have accomplished so far. It amazes me. If you use my start weight on FS you will not get the same math I did. My original weight-in at the dr. office was 347. I am 21 lbs away from my divers license weight! I am proud and so very grateful. I find it overwhelming. Thank you Lord for the determination, will power, self control, and can do attitude. I could not have done any of this without Him. I am shooting for another 50lbs. I believe by my one year anniversary on FS I should be there. Forward motion!

246.6 lb Lost so far: 93.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
